Deliverables & roadmap

• Working MVP — Q3 2025 Customer: early users & pilot partners. Deliverables: smart in-app wallet, plan browser, micro-billing & real-time settlement. Validation: live provisioning in 1 market; basic GeSIM ID mint flow.

• MNO Onboarding — Q1 2026 Customer: MNO partners & their roaming customers. Deliverables: pilot MNO agreements, integration playbook, revenue share model. Outcome: ARPU lift evidence and lower churn for MNOs.

• Beta Launch — Q2 2026 Customer: early adopters & enterprise pilots. Deliverables: wallet-backed GeSIM ID, transparent minute/MB pricing, auto-stop safeguards. Targets: first 200 GeSIM ID purchases; ARPU uplift for pilot MNO; signed pilot MNO.

Delivery validation criteria (must-haves)

• MVP checklist complete (wallet, plan browser, billing, settlement).

• Live carrier provisioning in at least one pilot market.

• 200+ on-chain GeSIM IDs purchased in beta.

• Signed MNO pilot and KPIs validated (activations, ARPU uplift, TVL if applicable).
